Pay the combined $330 examination fees as follows:
Write out two checks.
Make out the first check in the amount of $50.00 for the processing fee. Make this check payable to Continental Testing Services, Inc.
Make out the second check in the amount of $280.00 for the examination fee. Make this check payable to the National Environmental Health Association. CTS will forward this payment to the NEHA on your behalf as part of the application process.
